THE PLAN INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO REVISED LAND USE DESIGNATIONS, VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION POLICIES, AND URBAN DESIGN GUIDLINES FOR THE CORE AREA.
