SEPULVEDA BLVD.THE PROJECT IS LOCATED WITHIN A GENERL COMMERCIAL GENERAL PLAN AREA AND IS ZONED CG GENERAL COMMERCIAL. THE SUBJECT PROJECT REQUIRES AN AMENDMENT TO AN APPROVED MASTER USE PERMIT DUE TO THE CHANGE/INTENSIFICATION OF USES ON THE SITE. PARKING AND LANDSCAPING WILL BE PROVIDED IN EXCESS OF CODE REQUIREMENTS.
