THE PROJECT IS THE PURCHASE OF LAND ADJACENT TO THE LAND- FILL TO BE UTILIZED AS A SOURCE OF COVER MATERIAL AND THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING WOODLAKE LANDFILL FINAL COVER. THE EXCAVATION AREA WILL BE UTILIZED AS AN ON-SITE RETENTION BASIN TO CONTAIN ON-SITE STORM WATER RUNOFF FROM THE FINISHED LANDFILL SURFACE.
