DEMOLISH AND REMOVE THE UPPER DECK OF THE CENTRAL FWY VIADUCT IN SAN FRANCISCO ON RTE 101 BETWEEN MISSION ST. AND THE OAK & FELL ST. ON AND OFF RAMPS. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT IS TO REDUCE THE RISH OF INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE FROM COLLAPSE OR FAILURE OF THE STRUCTURE IN A MAJOR SEISMIC EVENT.
