THE PROJECT WOULD CONNECT ARDEN WAY WITH THE GARDEN HWY WITH A BRIDGE STRUCTURE ACROSS THE NATOMAS EAST MAIN DRAINAGE CANAL. THE COMPLETED CONNECTOR WOULD BE A FOUR- LANE ARTERIAL, WITH TWO TRAVEL LANES AND A BICYCLE LANE IN EACH DIRECTION, SEPARTED BY A MEDIAN AND FLANKED BY CURB, GUTTER, AND SIDEWALKS.
