The applicant proposes the following scope of work: 2,150 linear feet of State Route 198 adjacent to the Slick Rock Recreation Area will be raised a maximum of 3 feet in elevation, the existing bridge over Horse Creek will be removed, a new bridge over Horse Creek will be constructed to match the higher road elevation and alignment, and fill will be placed below the ordinary high water mark of Lake Kaweah. The total volume of fill for the embankment is 8,800 cubic meters. The total volume of rock slope protection is 3,150 cubic meters. The total volume of bridge concrete footings is 31 cubic meters. The total volume of bridge columns is 44 cubic meters.
