REMEDIATION AND FILLING THREE TANKS OR VAULTS UNDER THE GROUND FLOOR SLAB WITH INERT MATERIAL AND ABANDONING THEM IN PLACE. SOIL AROUND THE TANKS OR VAULTS WILL BE TESTED AND IF CONTAMINATED ABOVE PRESCRIBED LEVELS, WOULD BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF AS HAZARDOUS WASTE. WORK ALSO INCLUDES REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF AN ASBESTOS-CONTAINING COUNTER AND DECONTAMINATION AND DISPOAL OF AN ASBESTOS CONTAINING COUNTER AND DECONTAMINATION AND DISPOSAL OF A LABORATORY FUMEHOOD. ALL WORK WILL BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
