THE PROPOSED PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE DEMOLITION OF THE GENERAL DYNAMICS LINDBERGH FIELD PLANT AND HARBOR DRIVE TEST FACILITY, LOCATED ON PACIFIC HWY AND HARBOR DR. IN THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO. THE PROJECT WILL INVOLVE THE DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF ABOUT 36 BUILDINGS, TOTALING ABOUT 2,900,000 SQ FT AND APPURTENANT STRUCTURES ON ABOUT 94 ACRES OF LAND. IN WATER ACTIVITY WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF TWO PIERS.
