INSTALL INBOARD EMBANKMENT ON LAKESIDE SLOPE, INSTALL CULVERT AT SPILLWAY. CULVERT PIPE WILL MATCH HISTORIC PIPE WHERE VISIBLE. EXCAVATE CHANNEL AROUND LAKE. GRADE TO FINISH AND COMPACT LAKE BOTTOM.
