CONSTRUCT ABOUT 1.5 MILES OF TRAIL AND USE 2 MILES OF SERVICE ROAD TO CREATE A RIDING AND HIKING TRAIL AROUND THE NORTH GROVE. A PORTION OF THE TRAIL WOULD BE USED FOR A CONCESSION-OPERATED HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGE RIDE. SUPPORT FACILITIES WOULD BE CONSTRUCTED NEAR THE NORHT GROVE PARKING LOT.
