THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE NEW CONSTRUCTION OF RESTROOMS, WALL PARTITIONS AND RELATED FINISHES AND WILL INCLUDE DEMOLITION OF EXISTING WALL PARTITIONS, EXISTING FIXTURES AND EXISTING FURNISHES. THIS PROJECT WILL PROVIDE ACCOMODATIONS FOR DAILY FUNCTIONS OF THREE DIFFERENT MILITARYSERVICES ROTC AT HEARST GYM. ALL WORK WILL BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIORS GUIDELINES FOR REHABILITATION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES.
