Document Description
THE DEPARTMENT WILL REMOVE EXPOSED WASTE TO A LANDFILL. REMAINING UNDISTUTBED WASTE WILL BE CAPPED WITH IMPORTED TOP SOIL, COMPACTED AND HYDROSEEDED USING NATIVE GRASS SPECIES. THE PROJECT WILL IMPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS OF THE AREA AND PROTECT WATER QUALITY AND THE PUBLIC.
