RULE 202 APPLIES TO NEW AND MODIFIED STATIONARY SOURCES IN THE DIST. THE RULE REQUIRES STATIONARY SOURCES TO INSTALL BEST AVAILABLE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY ON THE EMISSIONS UNIT IF THE INSTALLATION OF NEW UNIT OR MODIFYING OF THE EXISTING UNIT RESULTS IN AN INCREASE IN EMISSIONS. THE RULE ALSO REQUIRES OFFSETTING EMISSIONS INCREASES IF THEY EXCEED SPECIFIED LEVELS.
