OSGOOD DRAINAGE BASIM AND CREATING A NEW BASIN AND WETLAND SYSTEM ON THE ACQUIRED PARCELS. THE GOALS ARE TO RESTORRE STEAM ENVIRONMENT ZONE, IMPROVE THE FUNCTION OF THE EXISTING WATER QUALITY TREATMENT AND IMPROVE THE AETHETICS.
