WILL CONSTRUCT A NEW ACADEMIC LABORATORY FACILITY OF APP0RX. 59,200 GROSS SQ FT TO REPLACE 13 EXISTING, SEISMICALLY DEFICIENT BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCT THE NEW FACILITY. THE SECOND PHASE WOULD DEMOLISH THE TEN REMAINING DEFICIENT BUILDINGDS. THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES OR PATIENTS AT THE MEDICAL CENTER.
