THE CA DEPT OF CORRECTIONS INTENDS TO DECOMMISSION A COGENERATION PLANT AND SUBSTITUTE THREE STEAM BOILERS, HOUSED IN A NEW STRUCTURE. ONE BOILER IS ALREADY OPERATING PERMITS TO CONSTRUCT AND TO OPERATE THE REMAINING TWO BOILERS WOULD BE OBTAINED FROM THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT.
