THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND USE A SEPTIC LEACH FIELD TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL REGULATORY CAMP. THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS IN ADDITION TO EXISTING STABILIZATION PONDS AND SPRAY FIELD WHICH WILL BE UTILIZED AS EMERGENCY BACK-UP TO THE NEW SYSTEM.
