Document Description
THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF PLACING 1,000LB ROCKS AT 3 LOCATIONS ADJACENT TO PERRIS BLVD. WHERE THERE ARE EXISTING BARBLESS WIRE FENCES THAT WERE INSTALLED TO CONTROL TRAFFICE. THE FENCES ARE ROUTINELY CUT AND/OR PULLED OUT TO ALLOW ILLEGAL ENTRY INTO THE PARK. THE BOULDERS WOULD PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE BARRIER TO THIS ILLEAGAL TRAFFIC. A SMALL DEPRESSION WOULD BE MADE TO STABILIZE EACH ROCK.
