THE DEPARTMENT PROPOSES TO MAKE MINOR TENANT IMPROVEMENTS WHICH WOULD BE THE ADDITION OF A BATHROOM IN ORDER TO MEET CURRENT STANDARDS OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY.
