CITY OF BRAWLEY PROPOSES TO CONSTRUCT A NEW WATER TREAT- MENT PLANT TO REPLACE ITS EXISTING PLANT WHICH HAS BEEN ISSUD A CITATION OFR NONCONFORMANCE BY THE STATE DEPT OF HEALTH SERVICES. THE PROPOSED WATER TREATMENT PLANT WILL CONSIST OF RAW WATER STORAGE PONDS, INTAKE STRUCTURE, CHEMICAL HANDLING FACILITY, TREATMENT PROCESS STRUCTURES FINISHED WATER RESERVOIR AND PUMP STATION AND AN OPERATIONS BUILDING.
