THE OFFICE WILL ACCOMODATE FOURTEEN EMPLOYEES. APPRX. 8 TO 12 CLIENTS AND/OR PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS WILL BE SEEN DAILY. 8 ON-SITE PARKING SPACES HAVE BEEN REQUESTED BY THE DEPT
