THE EXISTING SKYWAY INTERCHANGE IS UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE EXISTING AND PROJECTED TRAFFICE VOLUMES ASSOCIATED WITH ALREADY-CONSTURCTED AND PLANED DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA. THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS TO MODIFY THE INTERCHAGNE TO ACCOMMODATE 10-YEAR TRAFFICE VOLUMES. RECONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERCHANGE WILL OCCUR IN A SECOND PHASE WHEN FUNDING BECOMES AVAILABLE.
