AN ILLEGAL DISPOSAL SITE, CONTAINING APPRX. 4,000 TONS OF SOLID WASTE EXISTIS ON A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN PARADISE CA. THE PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF EXCAVATING AND REMOVING THE WASTE TO A PERMITTED FACILITY, SEGREGATING RECYCLABLE MATERIALS FOR REUSE AND/OR SALVAGING AND GRADING THE SITE TO ORIGINAL CONTOURS.
