THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE EXCAVATION AND RECOVERY OF EXPOSED VERTEBRATE FOSSILS FROM A VERTICAL FACE ON THE EAST SIDE OF FONT'S POINT WASH IN ORDER TO PROTECT THEM FROM EROSION, DAMAGE, OR VANDALISM. THE REMOVAL OF SEDIMENT OVERBURDEN WILL BE NECESSARY.
