THIS PROJECT ENTAILS THE REMODELING OF THE DYAR HOUSE FOR USE AS A MUSEUM AND OFFICE SPACE. THIS REMODELING INCLUDES REMOVAL OF SOME OF THE FIRST FLOOR WALLS AND PARTITIONS RE-WIRING INCLUDING INSTALLATION OF NEW OUTLETS AND LIGHTS AND CARPETING SOME OF THE FLOORS. PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION AND HISTORIC MATERIAL COLLECTIONS SHOULD BE MADE PRIOR TO REMODELING AND STORED FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
