CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF A 120 FT RADIO TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER AND AN 18X51 FT RADIO EQUIPMENT VAULT, WITH AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR ROOM AS REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURES. THE PROPOSED PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES THE REMOVAL OF TWO EXISTING TELE- COMMUNICATIONS TOWERS OF 25 FEET AND 55 FEET EACH.
