RECONFIGURE THE DUMP BY RELOCATION APPRX. 212,000 CUBIC YARDS OF WASTE MATERIAL TO 178 FEET LANDWARD FROM THE EDGE OF THE CURRENT SAND BLUFF INTO A NEWLY EXCAVATED CELL TO PROCIDE 50 YEAR COASTAL EROSION PROTECTION. SAND DUNES WILL BE REESTABLISHED AND NARIVE VEGETATION WILL BE PLANTED AS PART OF THE PROJECT.
