THE PROPOSED PROJECT INCLUDES THE PHASED CONTRUCTION OF DISTRIBUTION LATERALS AND FACILITIES TO ALLOW USERS TO UTILIZE RECLAIMED WATER IN THE CITIES OF CHINO AND CHINO HILLS.
