THE APPLICATION IS TO AMEND THAT PART OF CONDITION 1 WHICH REQUIRES THE FINAL MAP FOR PHASE 1 TO BE RECORDED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31, 1995. THE AMENDMENT WOULD BE EXTENSION OF THAT DEADLINE TO MAY 24, 1997.
