THE PROJECT INVOLVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF 13 RESIDENTIAL TWONHOUSE CONDOMINIUM UNITS OVER A SUBTERRANEAN GARAGE THE TWO STORY DEVELOPMENT WILL CONTAIN 9 THREE BEDROOM UNITS AND 4 TWO BEDROOM UNITS. EXTERIOR ENTRANCES AND PRIVATE YARDS. EXTENSIVE SITE LANDSCAPING AND STREET TREES ARE PROPOSED. A TOTAL OF 28 PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED IN THE SUBTERRANEAN GARAGE, WITH VEHICLE ACCESS FROM POPLAR AVENUE. TWO EXISTING CURB CUTS ON EL CAMINO REAL WILL BE ELIMINAGED AND POPLAR AVENUE AT THE INTERSECTION OF EL CAMINO REAL WILL BE WIDENED TO ACCMODATE AN ADDITIONAL LANE FOR TURNING MOVEMENTS.
