Document Description
Per the Capitol Area Plan, preserve and adaptively reuse the historic CADA Warehouse and the State Building and Grounds Building for "Live/Work" lofts and units. A vacant State parking lot at 12th and R Streets adjacent to the CADA Warehouse will be developed for parking to support the project. The project was previously adequately reviewed in the Capitol Area Plan EIR.
