Document Description
Project activity includes altering the streambed of two unnamed streambeds, tributaries to Moosa Creek to accommodate the construction of the Orchard Run Development Project. Construction activity includes grading and fill of the stream channel located at the southern half of the property and portions of the stream located near the central portion of the property. Flow will be diverted underground into two 48-foot long, 18-inch wide culvert pipes installed with headwalls and riprap at the inlet and outlet. Sewer and water lines will also be under Moosa Creek using the jack and bore technique. A temporary construction crossing over Moosa creek is also proposed, using either a prefabricated bridge or railroad flatcar. The project impacts 0.30 acre of streambed. (Streambed Alteration Agreement #1600-2005-0556-R5).
