The applicant seeks a water right to divert water from two points of diversion (PODs) on Panther Creek (an existing gravity-fed line and a proposed pumped line) and one proposed gravity-fed line on an unnamed tributary to Panther Creek. Panther Creek is tributary to Squaw Valley Creek, thence McCloud River, thence Sacramento River. Water is used for snowmaking on about 100 acres and for summer irrigation on approximately 15 acres.
