Document Description
The proposed project consists of the phased buildout of nine buildings including 884,344 sf of R&D/Office use; a hotel with up to 200 rooms and a restaurant; 20,000 sf of retail space; and a parking structure. Total business/commercial development on the site would total ~1,030,344 sf. The project would also include an amendment to the Bay West Cove Specific Plan, an amendment to the Bay West cove Specific Plan District Zoning, a Parcel Map, adoption of Design Guidelines, a Transportation Demand Management Plan, a Sign Application approval, and a development agreement.
