Document Description
California Department fo Fish and Game is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1603 (SAA #5-298-99) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Helix Water Destrict. The applicant proposes to construct and operate a golf course complex on an approximately 460 acre site. The complex includes: 1) two 18-hole golf courses; 2) one 9-hole practice golf facility with a 3,000 square foot office/pro-shop, a 680 square foot practice pavillion, and a 49 space parking lot; 3) driving range; 4) an 18,000 square foot club house with a 409 space parking lot; and 5) an 80,000 square foot maintenance facility that includes a 15,000 square foot workshop/garage and an employee parking lot with approximately 33 parking spaces.
