Resolution for General Plan Amendment GPA12-004 to update the Housing Element of the Tuolumne County General Plan that will guide development of housing through June 30, 2019. The Housing Element consists of identification and analysis of existing and projected housing needs and a statement of goals, policies, quantified objectives, financial resources, and scheduled programs for the preservation, improvement, and development of housing. The Housing Element also identifies adequate sites for housing, including rental housing, factory-built housing, and mobile homes, and makes adequate provision for the existing and projected needs of all economic segments of the community.
