1. Resolution for General Plan Amendment GPA09-010 to amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan to increase the maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) for substandard parcels in the High Density Residential (LDR) land use designations from 0.5 to 0.6 if a parcel is improved with a single-story residence and from 0.5 to 0.75 if a parcel is improved with a multiple-story residence; and 2. Ordinance (TC09-014) to make the following revisions to Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code: A. Increase the maximum Floor Area Ration (FAR) for substandard parcels in the R-1 (Single-Family Residential), R-2 (Medium Density Residential) and R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) zoning districts from 0.5 to 0.6 if a parcel is improved with a single-story residence and from 0.5 to 0.75 if a parcel is improved with a multiple-story residence; and B. Increase the maximum size of a permitted secondary single-family dwelling from 850sf to 1,200sf in the R-1, RE-1 (Residential Estate, One-Acre Minimum), RE-2 (Residential Estate, Two-Acre Minimum), RE-3 (Residential Estate, Three-Acre Minimum) and RE-5 (Residential Estate, Five-Acre Minimum) zoning districts.
