Resolution for General Plan Amendment GPA08-006 to revise the Housing Element of the Tuolumne County General Plan that was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on August 25, 2009. The proposed revisions include provisions for emergency shelters, provisions for transitional and supportive housing, provisions for resident hotels and single room occupancies within existing and proposed hotels and motels, incentives for the provision of housing for extremely low-income households, provision of information regarding farm worker housing, annual review of the effectiveness of the options and incentives within the Inclusionary Ordinance toward achieving the purpose of the Ordinance, and revisions to the Housing Implementation Plan to refine the timing of several programs.
