Document Description
Request to revise the Use Permit for the 50,000 case/year B.R. Cohn Winery by (1) increasing the size of an approved barrel storage building from 4,900 square feet to 11,725 square feet; (2) relocating the special event area to accommodate the larger barrel storage building; (3) moving the olive oil sales and tasting from the wine tasting building into an adjacent building; and (4) modifying the approved hours of operation for the tasting rooms from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This Use Permit will supercede all prior Use Permits issued to the B.R. Cohn Winery. No changes are proposed at this time to the previously approved 48 special events/year with up to 150 attendees, and (2) the two 3,000 attendee per day/two day events will continue to be permitted by special event Zoning Permits.
