Document Description
Use Permit and Variance to permit the development of an educational facility. The facility will be developed on 20 acres of a large ownership, and consist of several buildings totaling approximately 332,000 square feet. The lecture hall structure will be 78 feet in height, therefore requiring the variance to the 50 foot height limit in the Agricultural zone. A variance is also requested from the parking standards otherwise required by the County Code. The project will also provide for approximately 800 new residents, which includes students, faculty and support staff. Occassional special events, anticipated to be 10 to 12 per year, would attract up to 1,500 guests being 400.
