Document Description
The project proposes subdivision of the 110-acre site into 34 residential lots (for subsequent custom development with single-family homes), construction of on-site circulation (including public trails), installation of utilities and drainage, and preservation of a 35th lot as private open space. The currently proposed project revises and replaces a site development concept which the Town examined in a Draft EIR circulated for public review in May 1996. (The prior project proposed 44 residential lots on this parcel and 5 lots on a separate 15-acre parcel which is now in a different ownership.) (Exhibit 3 compares the 1996 and 1999 projects.)
