Document Description
The project site, Flood Control Channel N-1 is located adjacent to the Pacific Commons development in Fremont, Alameda County Assessor Parcel Number 531-0185-005-04. The operator proposes to install a 48-inch diameter stormdrain outfall pipe next to an existing 60-inch diameter outfall. The new outfall will carry storm water run off from Phase I for the proposed industrial park. Pre-construction surveys for burrowing owls will be done within 7 days of construction. If there is water in the worksite at the time of construction, a water diversion device will be implemented. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1093 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, John Bertenshaw/Catellus Development.
