Document Description
Project consists of two parcels - 738 - acre South Parcel and the 1,852 - Acre North Parcel. The North Parcel is preserved as a Mitigation Bank. The South Parcel Land uses are as follows: 1,394 residential units ( low, low-medium, medium and medium-high ) on 373.4 acres, an elementary school site ( 12.7 acres ), a community service site, a community park 9 19.0 acres), 213 acres of natural open space, utility easements (15.4 acres ) and 83.4 acres of circulation element roads and SR-125 right -of-way. Project approval requires the following discretionary actions: Annecation to the City of Chula Vista, approval of the SPA Plan, approval of the Tentative Map and approval of Streambed Alteration Agreement by CA Dept. of Fish & Game.
