Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the County of Madera Resource Management Agency, for its Oakhurst Wastewater treatment Plant Spray Field Expansion Project. The applicant proposes to expand the capacity of the spray fields to accommodate the proposed increase in effluent receiving capacity of the Wastewater Treatment facility to 0.65 million gallons per day (mgd). Two (2) spray field run-off collection systems will be constructed.
