The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-574 Pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Russ Davis Representing Elliott Homes, Inc. Realignment of creek, filling portion of existing channel, install three temporary crossings and one permanent road crossing as part of a 620 acre development. Portion of project subject to streambed alteration agreement will not have a significant effect on the environment.
