Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2016-0004-R5) to the project applicant, Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District. The project proposes to impact 0.53 acres of streambed/lake, including 0.53 acres of permanent impact to stream bank and 0.11 acres of temporary impact to stream bank habitat and mitigate with 1.33 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement. The CDFW prepared an addendum to the EIR that was prepared by the lead agency for this project.
