Cal-Ontario, Inc. purchased an interest in License 8012 ( water right Application 19749A) and seeks to change the Place of Use for a net of 290 acres within a gross of 404 acres authorized under this License. A maximum of 3.59 cubic feet per second diverted from Sutter Bypass and Poodle Creek will be used to irrigate the Southridge golf course between April 1 and October 31 of each year. The project is located one mile west of the towm of Sutter, Sutter County.
