Document Description
The proposed project is the Applied Materials Scott Campus Development Agreement, the principal purpose of which is to vest over an extended multi-year term, development right to; construct a 918,000 square foot, master planned research and development campus on a 30.2-acre site, consisting of approximately 496,167 square feet of office space, 338,333 square feet of laboratory and related mechanical space, and 83,500 squaree feet of support services space, all in accordance with the City of Santa Clara development approvals for the Scott Campus currently in effect, and substitute office space for all or any portion of the laboratory and related mechanical space.
