Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-55399-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, DPS Construction.
The project consists of excavating a section of the upper bank of a channelized reach of Gerber Creek to pour in place and install a concrete headwall to contain the outfall end of a twenty-four (24) inch diameter pipe conveying stormwater runoff from a nearby development . A standard design trash rack will be installed over the end of the discharge pipe and rock slope protection will be placed below the discharge point to protect the bank of the creek and dissipate discharge flows from the pipe into Gerber Creek.
