The current project consists of the following entitlement requests:
1. A Major Amendment to the NVSSP to implement the updated NVSSP Transportation Mitigation Strategy
incorporating concepts endorsed by the Board of Supervisors (Board).
2. A Zoning Ordinance to amend rezone conditions for Morvai South – East Portion (2003-0759) to reflect the
changes needed to be consistent with the updated NVSSP Transportation Mitigation Strategy.
3. Zoning Ordinance to amend rezone conditions for North Parkland Homes (2002-0357) to reflect the changes
needed to be consistent with the updated NVSSP Transportation Mitigation Strategy.
4. Zoning Ordinance to amend rezone conditions for Morvai South – West Portion (2004-0869) to reflect the
changes needed to be consistent with the updated NVSSP Transportation Mitigation Strategy.
